In the UK, the Health and Safety Executive (HSE)’s HSG76 guidance states that all racking systems must have load notices displayed.
In Ireland, the Health and Safety Authority (HSA) also references the HSE’s HSG76 guidance, meaning load notices are legally required for racking systems.
