Brysdales have just completed a job for Charles Pugh in Nottingham, who stock vehicle windscreens.

Smarter storage solutions, isn’t just about saving space, or creating additional storage.

By installing a double deep rack solution to replace their block stack system we improved their warehouse functionality significantly.

Using 32mm structural timber decks we optimised space to support the mixture of pallets and sizes they need to store. Not only does it look neater and stored safer, it functions far better too. The time to pick a pallet has reduced from an average of 22 minutes down to 2 minutes!

The time to load a truck has reduced from 2.5 hours down to under one hour.
These huge savings in time are massive productivity gains for their warehouse team.
